Some well-known folks read a children’s book to help promote our Read for 20 early literacy campaign.
Research tells us that students who practice reading for 20 minutes or more each day are exposed to 1.8 million words and are likely to score 90 percent better than their peers on standardized tests. The videos were originally posted at 7pm to serve as a bedtime story for the younger kiddos. We hope you make reading for 20 or more minutes each day part of your daily routine.
